Contacts Subtask
Use the Contacts subtask on the View Receivables and Collections screen to maintain contacts by invoice for the customer being invoiced.

This subtask contains the contact name, phone numbers, title and general comments. You can also maintain contacts on the Manage Customers screen.
Field | Description |

Invoice Number |
This displays the invoice number for the selected invoice on the main screen. |
Customer Account |
This display the customer account code from the main screen. |
Customer Name |
This displays the customer name from the main screen. Click to add a new line in the table window. |

Contact ID |
Enter a unique ID code for this customer contact's name and phone numbers. When printing invoices or bills, you can then have the bill sent to this ID's attention. For example: You could use a contact ID of CONOFC to identify the contracting officer for each customer. |
First Name |
Enter the first name of the contact. |
Last Name |
Enter the last name of the contact. The table is sorted by this field. |
Phone |
Enter the primary phone number for this contact. |
Fax |
Enter the fax number for this contact. |
Other Phone |
Enter any other phone number you need for this contact. For example, an alternate line or main switchboard. |
Contact Title |
Enter the title of this contact or any other reference information that you want to track. |
Comments |
Enter comments for this contact. For example, "check run 10th & 25th of month" or "if no ans. press 479." |
OK |
Click the OK button to save changes on this screen and close the screen. |
