Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Limit Data on the Dashparts to Specific Organizations

You can limit the data that displays on the dashparts to data for just one or a few organizations.

Note: This procedure is applicable only to the Organization Manager Dashboard and Finance Manager Dashboard.
  • To specify the organization for which you want to view data, enter, or click to select, a valid organization ID in the Organization field on the Parameters tab. The dashparts on the Reports tab then display data for the selected organization and all levels below it.
