Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Specify the Dashparts that Display on the Reports Tab

Any dashpart table windows you open on the Parameters tab display automatically on the Reports tab.

When you close any table window here, the corresponding dashpart does not display in Reports.

To specify which dashparts to display on the Reports tab:

  1. Do either of the following:
    • On the top of the Parameters tab, click the link corresponding to the dashpart you want to display on the Reports tab.
    • Click either Ok or in the dashpart table window to remove the dashpart from the view.
  2. To save your current configuration:
    1. Access the Screen Configuration panel by selecting Screen Configuration from the Options menu, or click on the top-right corner of the dashboard.
    2. Click Save beside the Application Layout Changes label.
    Your changes are saved for your user ID and will be applied to the dashboard whenever you log in to Costpoint.
    Note: You can toggle between the Reports and Parameters tabs without saving your changes. However, if you do not save your current setup using Screen Configuration, the settings will not be saved for the next time you log in to Costpoint.
